TERMS OF SERVICE – Fxxk Vision

1. General Information  
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Fxxk Vision online store and the purchase of products offered through the website.

2. Products  
All products sold in the store are part of limited collections. Due to the handmade process, each item may slightly differ in appearance. These differences are part of the design and are not considered defects.

3. Pre-Orders  
Products are sold as pre-orders. This means that items are produced after the order is placed.

4. Prices and Payments  
All prices are listed in PLN. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.

5. Shipping  
Orders are shipped after the production process is completed. Customers will receive a confirmation once their order has been dispatched.

6. Returns  
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, according to the store’s Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability  
Fxxk Vision is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms  
Fxxk Vision reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

By placing an order through the website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
